Baker Tilly Advisory Group, LP is seeking a Workday Adaptive Planning Senior Consultant to join its Digital Advisory Services. The role focuses on implementing, supporting, and optimizing Workday Adaptive Planning to enhance clients' financial planning and reporting.

As part of a diverse team, you will work across projects, mentor associates, and help clients streamline processes while delivering high-quality deliverables on time.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; fields like accounting/finance/business analytics/MIS preferred.
• Experience in Enterprise Performance Management (EPM), FP&A, financial systems, or consulting preferred.
• Workday Adaptive Planning or other financial systems experience preferred.
• Strong experience in JavaScript, SQL, and other integration platforms to connect ERP data.
• Minimum of 3 years of corporate financial accounting experience required.
• Minimum of 1 year of corporate financial planning experience required.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; effective written and verbal communication.

Responsabilités

• Deliver assigned Workday Adaptive Planning implementation workstreams from discovery to deployment.
• Facilitate client sessions to map business operations and define planning goals.
• Build and maintain financial forecasting models in Workday Adaptive Planning.
• Support configuration, testing, and optimization of Workday Adaptive Planning implementations.
• Configure and troubleshoot integrations using JavaScript, SQL, APIs and JDBC.
• Help clients automate workflows and reporting to improve efficiency.
• Provide training to client teams to ensure effective tool usage.
