Job summary

Baker Tilly Digital Advisory Services is seeking a Workday Adaptive Planning Senior Consultant to join our growing advisory team. You will implement and optimize FP&A processes, build forecasting models, and drive client value across multiple projects.

You will work with client teams to map operations, configure planning tools, and deliver high-quality solutions that support strategic decision-making. A strong background in financial systems and data integration is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; major in accounting, finance, business analytics, MIS, fin-tech or information systems preferred.
• Experience in Enterprise Performance Management (EPM), FP&A or financial systems or consulting preferred.
• Workday Adaptive Planning or financial systems experience preferred.
• Strong experience in JavaScript, SQL, and other integration platforms to incorporate data from a wide variety of ERP systems into Workday Adaptive Planning.
• Minimum of 3 years of corporate financial accounting experience required.
• Minimum of 1 year of corporate financial planning experience required.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to communicate technical information to a non-technical audience.

Responsibilities

• Support Workday Adaptive Planning implementation projects from discovery through deployment by delivering assigned workstreams and meeting project timelines.
• Facilitate sessions with client teams to map operations, define planning goals, and identify key metrics for decision-making.
• Build and maintain financial forecasting and planning models in Workday Adaptive Planning.
• Configure, implement, and troubleshoot integrations using APIs, SQL, and other platforms.
• Help clients streamline financial processes by automating workflows and reports.
• Provide training to client teams to ensure effective use of implemented tools.
