Job summary

Baker Tilly is seeking a Workday Adaptive Planning Senior Consultant to join Baker Tilly Digital Advisory Services. You will implement, support and optimize Workday Adaptive Planning to improve client FP&A, forecasting and reporting capabilities.

As a team member, you will contribute to project delivery, client advisory and knowledge transfer while collaborating with cross-functional colleagues across the firm.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; major in accounting, finance, business analytics, MIS, fin-tech or information systems preferred.
• Experience in Enterprise Performance Management (EPM), FP&A, financial systems, or consulting preferred.
• Workday Adaptive Planning or financial systems experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Workday Adaptive Planning implementation workstreams from discovery to deployment.
• Facilitate sessions with client teams to map operations and define planning goals and metrics.
• Build and maintain financial forecasting models and integrate data from ERP systems.
