Job summary

Kognitiv Inc. is seeking a Senior Adaptive Consultant to lead Workday Adaptive Planning implementations and post-production support for a global client base. You will work with clients and internal teams to design, configure, test, and deploy solutions while guiding projects through complex requirements.

You will mentor teammates, maintain strong client relationships, and drive best practices, performance KPIs, and successful outcomes across multiple concurrent engagements.

Qualifications

• 4+ years leading and deploying Workday implementations.
• Deep knowledge of at least two Workday Adaptive Planning areas.
• Ability to lead medium to large projects through full lifecycle.
• Strong client focus and delivery excellence.
• Excellent time and priority management with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Implement and configure Workday solutions for a global customer base.
• Design, configure, test, and deploy business requirements across Adaptive Planning modules.
• Conduct sessions with clients to gather, understand, and analyse requirements.
• Assess needs and propose recommendations to meet client goals.
• Advise on best practices and process improvements; implement enhancements.
• Lead and prioritize across multiple high-complexity projects without supervision.
