Kognitiv Inc. is seeking a senior Workday Extend Manager to lead the Extend consulting team, ensuring delivery excellence and client satisfaction. You will blend people management, delivery oversight, and strategic leadership to drive the practice forward.

In this role you will own client portfolios, mentor virtual teams, influence product strategy, and manage budgets and risks while growing the practice through pre-sales collaboration and continuous process improvement.

Qualifications

• Senior level Consulting experience with Workday Extend and Orchestrations as a product, and their ecosystems.
• Proven experience managing remote or distributed consulting teams.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to connect day-to-day work to broader business goals and drive growth.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of Extend clients with strategic oversight and delivery excellence.
• Develop, mentor, and empower a distributed team of Consultants and Architects.
• Shape and mature the Extend offering in collaboration with leadership.
• Provide oversight of project budgets, timelines, risks, and client communication.
• Lead escalation management and strengthen long-term client relationships.
• Guide pre-sales strategy and proposal development for growth.
• Drive improvements in methodology, tools, processes, and delivery standards.
• Represent the Extend team in leadership forums and contribute to strategic planning.
