Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business analytics, MIS, fintech or related field.
• 3+ years corporate financial accounting experience.
• 1+ year corporate FP&A experience.
• Experience with FP&A teams and financial reporting preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and client-facing abilities.

Responsibilities

• Support Workday Adaptive Planning implementation projects from discovery through deployment by delivering assigned workstreams, maintaining high-quality deliverables, and meeting project timelines and client expectations
• Facilitate working sessions with client teams to map out their business operations, define goals for their planning cycles, and identify key metrics that drive decision-making
• Build, configure, and maintain financial forecasting and planning models in Workday Adaptive Planning
• Support the implementation process from start to finish, including configuration, testing, and optimization of Workday Adaptive Planning
• Configure, implement, and troubleshoot integrations using JavaScript, SQL, APIs, JDBC, and other integration platforms to incorporate data from a wide variety of ERP and source systems into Workday Adaptive Planning
• Help clients streamline their financial processes by automating workflows and reports using system capabilities
• Identify opportunities to reduce the time clients spend compiling data
• Provide training to client teams to ensure they can effectively use the tools and systems implemented
