Baker Tilly Advisory Group, LP is seeking a Workday Adaptive Planning Senior Consultant to join Baker Tilly Digital Advisory Services in the United States. You will implement, support, and optimize Workday Adaptive Planning to enhance financial reporting, planning, and forecasting for diverse clients.

The role involves leading workstreams, mentoring junior consultants, and collaborating with client teams to drive value. Travel around 20% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; major in accounting, finance, or MIS preferred.
• Experience in EPM/FP&A or financial systems is preferred.
• Workday Adaptive Planning experience is required or preferred.
• Strong experience in JavaScript and SQL for integrations.
• Minimum of 3 years of corporate financial accounting experience.
• Minimum of 1 year of corporate financial planning experience.
• Able to translate business needs into system configurations.
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver assigned Workday Adaptive Planning workstreams on schedule.
• Map client operations and define planning metrics.
• Build and maintain forecasting models in Workday Adaptive Planning.
• Configure and troubleshoot integrations (JavaScript, SQL, APIs, JDBC).
• Train client teams to use the implemented tools.
• Identify efficiencies to reduce data compilation time.
• Support project from discovery through deployment.
