Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; accounting, finance, business analytics, MIS, fintech or information systems preferred.
• Experience in Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) and FP&A is preferred.
• Workday Adaptive Planning experience is preferred.
• Strong experience with JavaScript, SQL, and data integrations from ERP systems.
• Minimum 3 years of corporate financial accounting and 1 year corporate financial planning experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Deliver implementation workstreams for Workday Adaptive Planning projects from discovery through deployment.
• Collaborate with client teams to map business operations and define metrics to drive planning cycles.
• Build and maintain financial forecasting and planning models aligned with client requirements.
• Support end-to-end implementation, including configuration, testing, and optimization.
• Configure, implement, and troubleshoot integrations using JavaScript, SQL, APIs to incorporate data from ERP systems.
• Automate workflows and reports to improve financial processes and decision making.
• Identify opportunities to reduce data compilation time and increase client focus on analysis.
• Provide training to client teams to ensure effective use of implemented tools.
