Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; finance, accounting, or MIS background preferred.
• Experience in Enterprise Performance Management (EPM), FP&A, financial systems, or consulting is preferred.
• Workday Adaptive Planning or financial systems experience is preferred.
• Strong experience integrating data from ERP systems using JavaScript and SQL.
• Minimum of 3 years of corporate financial accounting experience required.
• Minimum of 1 year of corporate financial planning experience required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Workday Adaptive Planning implementation workstreams from discovery through deployment.
• Mentor associate consultants and act as trusted project team member.
• Configure and maintain financial forecasting and planning models in Workday Adaptive Planning.
• Develop integrations using JavaScript, SQL, APIs, JDBC to pull data from ERP systems.
• Provide client training and ensure effective use of implemented tools.
• Help clients streamline processes and improve decision-making through automation.
