Job summary

Baker Tilly Advisory Group, LP in the United States seeks a Workday Adaptive Planning Senior Consultant to join Baker Tilly Digital Advisory Services. You will implement, support, and optimize Workday Adaptive Planning to improve client financial reporting, planning, and forecasting capabilities.

You will work on diverse projects, mentor junior consultants, and partner with clients to map operations, define planning goals, and drive value through system enhancements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; majors in accounting, finance, business analytics, MIS or information systems preferred.
• Experience in Enterprise Performance Management (EPM), FP&A, financial systems, or consulting preferred.
• Workday Adaptive Planning or financial systems experience preferred.
• Strong experience in JavaScript, SQL, and integration platforms to connect ERP data.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Workday Adaptive Planning implementation workstreams from discovery to deployment with high-quality deliverables.
• Lead client sessions to map business operations, set planning goals, and identify key metrics for decision making.
• Build and maintain financial forecasting models in Workday Adaptive Planning that align with client requirements and best practices.
• Configure, implement, and troubleshoot integrations using JavaScript, SQL, APIs, JDBC and related platforms.
• Provide training to client teams to ensure effective use of implemented tools.
