Job summary

Baker Tilly US is seeking a Workday Adaptive Planning Senior Consultant to join Baker Tilly Digital Advisory Services. You will lead and implement enterprise performance management solutions for clients, shaping planning, forecasting and reporting processes.

The role requires strong technical skills in Workday Adaptive Planning, JavaScript, SQL and integrations, with 3+ years of FP&A or EPM experience and excellent client communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
• Experience in Enterprise Performance Management (EPM), FP&A, or consulting preferred.
• Workday Adaptive Planning or financial systems experience preferred.
• Strong experience in JavaScript, SQL, and other integration platforms to incorporate data from ERP systems into Workday Adaptive Planning.
• Minimum of 3 years of corporate financial accounting experience required.
• Minimum of 1 year of corporate financial planning experience required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Workday Adaptive Planning implementation workstreams from discovery through deployment with high-quality deliverables.
• Lead client sessions to map business operations and planning goals.
• Build, configure, and maintain financial forecasting and planning models in Workday Adaptive Planning.
