Baker Tilly Advisory Group, LP is seeking a Workday Adaptive Planning Senior Consultant to join Baker Tilly Digital Advisory Services. You will deliver implementation workstreams, mentor associates, and support clients using Workday Adaptive Planning to improve forecasting and reporting.

You will work with a team on diverse projects, combining industry and technical experience to build your career while supporting client needs and project delivery. Travel about 20% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; major in accounting, finance, business analytics, MIS, fintech or information systems preferred.
• Strong experience in Enterprise Performance Management (EPM), FP&A, financial systems, or consulting preferred.
• Workday Adaptive Planning or financial systems experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support Workday Adaptive Planning implementation projects from discovery through deployment by delivering assigned workstreams, maintaining high-quality deliverables, and meeting project timelines and client expectations.
• Facilitate working sessions with client teams to map out their business operations, define goals for their planning cycles, and identify key metrics that drive decision-making.
• Build, configure, and maintain financial forecasting and planning models in Workday Adaptive Planning, ensuring they meet client requirements and align with best practices.
• Support the implementation process from start to finish, including configuration, testing, and optimization of Workday Adaptive Planning.
• Configure, implement, and troubleshoot integrations using JavaScript, SQL, APIs, JDBC, and other integration platforms to incorporate data from a variety of ERP and source systems into Workday Adaptive Planning.
• Help clients streamline their financial processes by automating workflows and reports using system capabilities.
• Identify opportunities to reduce the time clients spend compiling data, allowing them to focus more on analysis and strategy.
• Provide training to client teams to ensure they can effectively use the tools and systems implemented.
