Job summary

Baker Tilly Advisory Group, LP is seeking a Workday Adaptive Planning Senior Consultant to join Baker Tilly Digital Advisory Services. You will implement, support, and optimize Workday Adaptive Planning to enhance clients' financial reporting, planning, and forecasting.

The role involves delivering defined workstreams, mentoring associates, and collaborating with diverse client teams to drive business outcomes. Travel up to 20% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business analytics, MIS, fin-tech or information systems preferred.
• Experience in EPM, FP&A, financial systems, or consulting preferred.
• Workday Adaptive Planning or financial systems experience preferred.
• Strong experience with JavaScript, SQL, and integration platforms to bring data from ERP systems into Workday Adaptive Planning.
• Minimum of 3 years of corporate financial accounting experience.
• Minimum of 1 year of corporate financial planning experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver implementation workstreams for Workday Adaptive Planning projects with high-quality deliverables and timelines.
• Facilitate client sessions to map business operations and define planning goals and metrics.
• Build and maintain forecasting and planning models in Workday Adaptive Planning aligned with best practices.
• Configure, implement, and troubleshoot integrations using JavaScript, SQL, APIs, and other platforms.
• Provide training to client teams to ensure effective use of the implemented tools.
