Job summary

Baker Tilly Advisory Group, LP is seeking a Workday Adaptive Planning Senior Consultant to join Baker Tilly Digital Advisory Services. You will implement, support, and utilize Workday Adaptive Planning to enhance clients’ financial reporting, planning and forecasting processes.

You will contribute across projects, mentor associates, and deliver high-quality workstreams while collaborating with client teams and internal stakeholders. A travel requirement of ~20% may apply.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; strong FP&A background preferred.
• Experience with Workday Adaptive Planning or similar EPM/FP&A systems.
• Proven ability to integrate data from multiple ERP sources using APIs/JDBC.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Workday Adaptive Planning implementation workstreams from discovery to deployment.
• Map client business operations and define planning metrics.
• Build and maintain forecasting models aligned with best practices.
• Configure and troubleshoot integrations to ingest data from ERP systems.
• Provide client training and ensure adoption of the implemented tools.
