Job summary

Baker Tilly Advisory Group, LP is seeking a Workday Adaptive Planning Senior Consultant to join Baker Tilly Digital Advisory Services. You will contribute to projects across Workday Adaptive Planning configuration, integrations, and reporting, helping clients improve planning and forecasting processes.

As part of the team, you will deliver workstreams, mentor associates, and collaborate with clients to drive business value, with travel up to 20%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; major in accounting, finance, or MIS preferred.
• 3+ years corporate financial accounting experience.
• 1+ year corporate financial planning experience.
• Experience with FP&A and financial reporting preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to travel up to 20%.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Workday Adaptive Planning workstreams on schedule.
• Lead client sessions to map business operations and KPIs.
• Build and maintain financial forecasting models in Workday Adaptive Planning.
• Support end-to-end implementation including testing and optimization.
• Configure and troubleshoot integrations using JavaScript, SQL, APIs.
• Automate workflows and reports to improve efficiency.
• Identify time-saving data processes to boost analysis.
• Provide training to client teams on the tools implemented.
