Baker Tilly Advisory Group, LP is actively seeking a Workday Adaptive Planning Senior Consultant to join our expanding Baker Tilly Digital Advisory Services. You will implement, support, and optimize Workday Adaptive Planning for clients, enhancing financial reporting, planning, and forecasting capabilities.

You will work on diverse projects, mentor junior consultants, and collaborate with clients to deliver high-quality results while traveling as needed (~20%).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a relevant field.
• 3+ years corporate financial accounting experience required.
• 1 year corporate financial planning experience required.
• Experience with Workday Adaptive Planning or financial systems preferred.
• Strong communication and analytical skills; ability to work with clients

Responsibilities

• Deliver assigned implementation workstreams for Workday Adaptive Planning.
• Mentor associate consultants and collaborate with the project team.
• Configure, test, and optimize Workday Adaptive Planning configurations.
• Support client sessions to map business processes and metrics.
