Job summary

Baker Tilly Advisory Group, LP is seeking a Workday Adaptive Planning Senior Consultant to join Baker Tilly Digital Advisory Services. You will help clients implement and optimize Workday Adaptive Planning to improve financial reporting, planning and forecasting across varied projects.

As part of a collaborative team, you will deliver workstreams, mentor associates, and advise on technical integrations using JavaScript, SQL, APIs, and JDBC. Travel up to 20% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; accounting/finance or MIS preferred.
• 3+ years corporate financial accounting and 1+ year FP&A experience.
• Experience with Workday Adaptive Planning or financial systems.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Workday Adaptive Planning implementation workstreams from discovery through deployment.
• Facilitate client sessions to map operations and define planning goals.
• Build and maintain forecasting models aligned with client needs.
• Configure and troubleshoot integrations using JavaScript, SQL, APIs, JDBC and other platforms.
• Provide training to client teams on new tools and processes.
• Travel to client sites up to 20%.
