Job summary

Baker Tilly Advisory Group, LP is seeking a Workday Adaptive Planning Senior Consultant to join Baker Tilly Digital Advisory Services. You will implement and support Workday Adaptive Planning to improve financial reporting, planning and forecasting for clients.

You will lead workstreams, mentor junior consultants, and collaborate with client teams to map operations, define planning goals, and deliver high-quality solutions.

Travel up to 20% and a client-focused, entrepreneurial environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or MIS.
• Experience with EPM/FP&A or consulting preferred.
• Workday Adaptive Planning experience required.
• Strong communication and client-facing skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Workday Adaptive Planning implementation workstreams and maintain high-quality deliverables.
• Facilitate client sessions to map operations and define planning goals.
• Build and maintain forecasting models in Workday Adaptive Planning to meet client needs.
• Support configuration, testing, and optimization of Workday Adaptive Planning.
• Configure, implement, and troubleshoot integrations using APIs, SQL, and related platforms.
• Automate workflows and reports to improve client financial processes.
• Identify opportunities to reduce data compilation time for analysis.
• Provide training to client teams to enable effective tool use.
