Aon plc in the United States is seeking an experienced Workday Adaptive Planning Architect to lead design and hands-on implementation for budgeting, forecasting, workforce planning, and scenario modeling across FP&A, HR, and finance.

You will translate complex business needs into scalable planning models, oversee integrations with ERP and data warehouses, and mentor teams while ensuring governance, data integrity, and performance optimization.

Qualifications

• 7+ years FP&A/enterprise planning exposure with 5+ years in Workday Adaptive Planning.
• Deep data modeling, system integration, and performance optimization expertise.
• Knowledge of FP&A processes, budgeting, forecasting, workforce planning, and scenario analysis.

Responsabilités

• Implement vision and governance for Workday Adaptive Planning across budgeting, forecasting, and scenario analysis.
• Lead design of scalable Adaptive Planning solutions with data integrity and enterprise-wide data flow.
• Oversee hands-on solutioning from discovery through implementation and postproduction support.
• Translate business requirements into technical specs and optimize for FP&A and related teams.
• Architect multidimensional planning models including dimensions, versions, and hierarchies.
• Develop executive reporting and govern OfficeConnect reporting, dashboards, and KPIs.
• Oversee integrations with Workday Financials, Workday HCM, ERP, data warehouses, payroll, and BI.
