Job summary

ServiceTitan, Inc. is looking for a Senior Integration Engineer to design and maintain enterprise-class integrations and automation workflows. This key role will focus on using the Workato platform and involve integration with systems like ServiceTitan, Workday, and Salesforce.

The ideal candidate has extensive experience in integration development, particularly with Workato and MuleSoft, and should possess a strong understanding of API design and data management.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience designing, developing, and supporting enterprise integrations.
• Strong experience building Workato recipes and using Workato SDK.
• Experience with MuleSoft Anypoint Platform.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of integrations between ServiceTitan, Workday, Salesforce, and ERP systems.
• Monitor data integrations, system health, and resolve integration issues.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to document requirements and specifications.
