Job summary

Prudent Technologies and Consulting, Inc. is seeking an experienced Workato Platform Developer to design, build, and optimize our enterprise automation environment. The role focuses on scalable integrations, reusable components, and strong governance practices.

You will establish standards for reliability, security, and maintainability while partnering with business and technical teams to identify automation opportunities and deliver real-time and scheduled integrations across the organization.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and building integrations with Workato at scale.
• Ability to establish governance, standards, and best practices for automation.
• Strong understanding of APIs, connectors, data mapping and security.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technical owner for the Workato platform.
• Manage configuration, governance, maintenance, and continuous improvement.
• Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain integrations and workflows.
• Build integrations between enterprise apps, databases, APIs, and systems.
• Develop and maintain custom connectors, recipes, workflows, and reusable components.
• Enforce naming, documentation, security, and lifecycle standards.
• Translate business requirements into scalable Workato solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify automation opportunities.
• Design real-time and scheduled integrations based on needs.
• Monitor integrations, troubleshoot failures and performance issues.
• Investigate root causes and implement corrective measures.
• Document integrations, configurations, and procedures.
• Create onboarding materials to enable teams to use Workato effectively.
• Support platform governance, access management, and security controls.
• Evaluate new Workato capabilities and potential adoption.
• Provide technical guidance and escalation support for complex issues.
• Participate in platform upgrades with minimal disruption.
