Job summary

ServiceTitan, Inc. is seeking a Workday Integration Developer to build and maintain an enterprise automation platform powering HR and Finance.

You’ll design, develop, and maintain inbound and outbound Workday integrations, collaborating with functional leads and analysts to deliver advanced reports and robust processes. The ideal candidate brings substantial Workday technical experience and hands‑on software development capabilities, with a focus on integration design, testing, and deployment

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Workday Finance, HCM, or Student experience with report writing and integrations.
• Experience building complex integrations between Finance, Payroll, Admissions, and other systems.
• Strong knowledge of Workday Studio Development and related tools.
• Experience with testing concepts, deployment, and governance of integrations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, testing, and delivery of Workday and third‑party integrations.
• Create technical specs, perform unit and integration testing, deploy and support integrations.
• Configure and develop integrations using Workday Studio, EIB, RaaS, and Web Services.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define functional specs and deployment plans.
• Monitor data flows, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate releases with teams.
