Job summary

ServiceTitan's Finance Business Technology team is seeking a Sr Lead engineer, Integration & Automations to serve as the technical cornerstone of our integration and automation practice. This role spans architecture, hands-on engineering, and team enablement across US and India pods.

You will own end-to-end technical vision for connections between Workday Financials, Workday HCM, Workato, Salesforce and other SaaS platforms, setting engineering standards and guiding stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in enterprise integration engineering or a senior integration role.
• Experience with Workato or comparable iPaaS.
• Hands-on Workday Studio experience including EIB/Core Connectors/Transformation.
• Experience leading technical teams including offshore or distributed engineers.
• Experience building API integrations with Salesforce, Workday, Snowflake; comfortable with JSON/XML/XSLT.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain the integration architecture across multiple domains.
• Enforce integration design guidelines, SLAs, and tiering frameworks.
• Lead architecture reviews for high-complexity integrations and set final design decisions.
• Develop reusable integration components and shared libraries.
• Build and maintain API-based integrations across 핵 Workday, Salesforce, Snowflake, and more.
• Own monitoring, health checks, and post-incident documentation.
