MPI in Phoenix seeks an experienced Construction Superintendent to lead field operations on diverse projects. You will manage day-to-day activities, coordinate inspections, review bids, and supervise on-site work while maintaining strong client relationships and logs.

The role requires 5+ years in a lead superintendent position, OSHA certification, and a bachelor’s degree preferred in Construction/Architecture/Civil Engineering. Excellent communication and leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred (Construction Management, Architecture or Civil Engineering).
• Proficient in reviewing and understanding construction documents including specs and drawings.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• OSHA certification.
• New construction and ground-up experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Leadership experience managing a large team.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day field activities.
• Maintain relationships with municipalities for future work.
• Coordinate inspections on site as needed.
• Review bids for work.
• Supervise inspection of work.
• Ensure proper signage is posted on sites.
• Collaborate with investors maintaining professionalism.
• Maintain daily and weekly construction logs.
