Job summary

Ironmark Building Co. is seeking a commercial/multifamily construction Superintendent to join our team in the greater Phoenix area. You will lead all field activities on a major multifamily project, ensuring work is on schedule, on budget, and meets safety standards.

The role requires strong leadership, proactive communication, and the ability to coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors. Travel to project locations may be required as projects arise.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years superintendent experience in ground up, commercial construction; multi-family experience strongly preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Project and Procore.
• OSHA Training, CPR/First Aid Certification, and LEED training encouraged.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license, acceptable driving record, and access to a vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all field construction activities on a major multifamily project.
• Coordinate, direct, and monitor subcontractor schedules and safety compliance.
• Lead and mentor Assistant Superintendents and field crew.
• Maintain project plans, drawings, RFIs, and on-site records to meet schedule and budget.
