Job summary

Ironmark Building Co. is seeking a commercial/multifamily Construction Superintendent for a major project in the Phoenix area. You will lead field work, oversee safety, manage schedules, and coordinate with owners, design teams, and contractors to deliver on time and on budget.

The role requires 5+ years as a superintendent on ground-up or multifamily projects, proficiency with MS Office and Procore, and a commitment to safety and professionalism on site.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years Superintendent experience in ground up, wood frame, commercial construction; multi-family experience strongly preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Project and Procore construction management software.
• OSHA Training, CPR/First Aid Certification, and LEED training encouraged.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all field construction activities on a major multifamily project in the Phoenix metro area.
• Communicate with owners, architects, engineers, and officials in a professional manner.
• Supervise, direct, coach, and train field personnel and subcontractors.
• Develop site safety plans and maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site.
• Prepare and manage schedules, RFIs, and daily progress reports.
