Job summary

FedEx Supply Chain, Inc. is seeking an Advisor, Implementation Technology to drive end-to-end WMS implementations across multiple facilities. You will coordinate diverse teams and ensure projects meet SDLC standards, with a focus on delivering practical, scalable solutions.

The role requires a strong background in warehouse systems, SQL, and cross-functional communication, supporting projects from design through deployment and operation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred with 8+ years of relevant experience.
• In lieu of degree, HS diploma or GED with 10+ years of relevant experience.
• Minimum 5 years implementing and supporting Manhattan WMOS systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementation of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) in distribution facilities.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, quality, and operations.
• Provide leadership for validation and completion of implementation processes.
• Develop policies to ensure systems meet business requirements and user needs.
• Facilitate communication between systems and operations teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Build relationships with internal teams, customers, consultants, and vendors.
