FedEx Supply Chain in Warrendale, PA is seeking a Senior Business Applications Analyst who partners with business and IT to gather requirements, document test needs, and lead project activities. This role ensures alignment between business processes and software deliverables while mentoring junior team members.

You will configure Oracle Transportation Management and WMS (Manhattan, JDA, Red Prairie), participate in all implementation phases, analyze problems, and develop efficient solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
• 6+ years of relevant experience in business applications analysis
• Experience with WMS systems such as Manhattan, JDA, or Red Prairie preferred
• Experience with Oracle Transportation Management preferred

Responsibilities

• Configure Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) such as Manhattan, JDA, or Red Prairie.
• Participate in all phases of application implementation and production support for business-critical systems.
• Gather requirements and design accurate, efficient solutions.
• Analyze and reengineer repetitive failed processes to reduce risk.
• Collaborate with development teams to ensure shared understanding of solutions and minimize rework.
