Qualifications

• Three to five years of experience in wireless tower construction.
• Competent Climber/Rescue Certification required.
• OSHA 30 Construction Training Card needed.
• First Aid and CPR Certification required.
• Ability to work at heights and own weight with tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead technician managing daily crew operations.
• Climb and work on towers up to 500 feet high.
• Install and troubleshoot antennas and radios.
• Conduct quality assurance checks.
• Train and support team members.
