Job summary

Corner Alliance seeks a Wireless Network Performance Engineer to provide expert measurement, field test analysis, and performance reporting for a nationwide public safety broadband network. You will drive drive-test analysis, develop measurement reports, dashboards, and white papers to inform client decisions and reinvestment strategies.

You will aggregate large campaigns into dashboards, validate data across operators using GIS/RF tools, and communicate findings to government personnel and SMEs

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or related field.
• 10+ years supporting nationwide or multi-state wireless networks, including coverage, capacity, deployment configurations, and performance.
• 10+ years conducting RF engineering studies and analyses of broadband network coverage, capacity, and performance.
• Experience assessing and validating drive-test data with GIS and RF tools.
• Familiarity with 4G and 5G RAN, coverage planning, RF propagation, and KPIs.
• Experience using RF engineering, GIS, and analytics platforms to produce network reports.
• Experience post-processing wireless drive-test data using tools like QXDM, Accuver XCAL, and QualiPoc SmartMonitor/SmartAnalytics.

Responsibilities

• Perform detailed analysis of drive-test logs and generate measurement databases and visualizations.
• Investigate anomalies and performance issues from log analysis.
• Develop network measurement reports, dashboards, and white papers on 4G/5G deployment and usage.
• Document methods, analyses, and results for auditability and risk management.
• Aggregate large campaigns into summary analytics, dashboards, and reports for oversight.
• Review vendor data to identify trends and issues supporting verification and decision making.
• Engage with stakeholders to clarify requirements and present findings.
• Create engineering reports and management-ready presentations using Excel and PowerPoint.
