Job summary

Myriad360 seeks a Mid-Level Wireless Network Engineer (Remote) to design, deploy, validate, troubleshoot, and optimize enterprise wireless environments for diverse customer sites. You will perform wireless surveys, RF analysis, and support WLAN implementations while delivering thorough documentation and customer-ready deliverables.

As part of the Professional Services team, you will work with Senior Wireless Engineers and Project Leads, gaining exposure to multi-vendor platforms and growing

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in enterprise wireless networking or related field.
• Hands-on experience using Ekahau Pro and Ekahau Sidekick for predictive design and on-site surveys.
• Strong RF fundamentals and IEEE 802.11 wireless networking knowledge.
• Understanding of WLAN security, roaming, interference, capacity, and troubleshooting concepts.
• Experience with enterprise wireless platforms such as Ruckus, Aruba, Cisco, Juniper Mist, Meraki, or similar.
• Proven ability to document and report findings clearly.
• Excellent written, verbal, and customer-facing communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform predictive, passive, active, and validation wireless surveys using Ekahau Pro and Ekahau Sidekick.
• Assist with WLAN assessments, RF analysis, wireless design, troubleshooting, and optimization.
• Analyze coverage, capacity, interference, channel utilization, and other RF performance factors.
• Validate designs against requirements and real-world conditions; provide design/configuration recommendations.
• Produce professional survey reports and customer-ready findings.
• Collaborate with senior engineers and deliver knowledge transfer to customers.
