Qualifications

• US Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or closely related field.
• Two years of experience as an RF Engineering professional or related position.

Responsibilities

• Optimize RF network performance and KPI attainment for field sites and markets.
• Analyze KPI reports from EMS/OSS and reviews with remote teams for issue resolution.
• Provide RCA and support PoC/trials and deployment of 5G/4G networks.
• Coordinate with RAN RF/transport/IP/Security/Cloud teams for lab/field configurations.
• Perform drive tests analysis to assess signal strength, quality, and coverage.
• Adjust radio parameters (power, antenna tilt, handover thresholds) for coverage and capacity gains.
• Lead field drive test teams during trials and deployments.
• Work with Tier1-3 teams on performance issues and testing plans.
