Job summary

Motion Recruitment Partners, LLC is seeking an RF Optimization Engineer to enhance RF network performance, analyze KPI data from EMS/OSS, and drive PoC/trials for 5G/4G deployments across U.S. labs and field sites.

You will tune radio parameters, support drive tests, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to resolve outages, optimize coverage, and improve quality while coordinating with field teams and vendors.

Qualifications

• US Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or related field with two years RF engineering experience.

Responsibilities

• Optimize RF network performance and KPI reports from EMS/OSS.
• Coordinate lab/field gNB/eNB configuration and drive test activities.
• Resolve field issues and perform RCA with Tier teams.
• Prepare PoC/trials and deployment plans for 5G/4G networks.
• Lead field drive test teams and document MOPs.
