Job summary

Corner Alliance seeks an experienced RF Engineer with 10+ years of multi-state or nationwide wireless network experience to support a national public safety broadband program.

You will analyze RF propagation, perform POR-based coverage planning, and produce technical reports for stakeholders. Proficiency with GIS tools and RF analytics is required; remote work is supported with client-site requirements as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, or Computer Science.
• 10+ years supporting nationwide or multi-state wireless networks in mission-critical environments.
• Hands-on RF engineering studies including coverage and capacity analyses.
• Experience with RF, GIS, and analytics tools for coverage and performance analyses.

Responsibilities

• Perform POR analysis using coverage and capacity statistics and shapefiles; validate data in ESRI and document discrepancies.
• Conduct raster and vector data checks with ESRI ArcGIS Pro and InfoVista Planet; prepare reports and client presentations.
• Analyze drive-test data; compare measured vs predicted coverage; compute RF metrics and summarize improvements or degradations.
• Develop RF map products and market maps; create themed drive test layers and overlay sites with road networks.
• Perform on-air coverage and capacity assessments across states and nationally; validate against POR and AT&T statistics.
• Review commitments and generate written reports on RF coverage and state-specific requirements.
