The role requires 5 years of IT/engineering experience, a Bachelor's degree, and the ability to work remotely within the United States with up to 20% travel. Strong documentation and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT-related engineering, computer science or information systems or related field.
• Five years of work experience in engineering or information technology environment; advanced degree may offset.
• Ability to work remotely within the United States and travel up to 20%.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to produce network diagrams and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Configure, manage and secure wireless networks; administer multiple systems across tech areas.
• Respond to environment, hardware, system or software issues and implement resolutions.
• Lead or support change management, outage management and project management activities.
• Provide Tier-3 wireless support, troubleshooting and incident resolution across a large WLAN environment.
• Design, deploy, test and validate wireless network technologies; ensure optimal performance.
