Job summary

Arium Networks is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead the design and deployment of wireless solutions, including iDAS, oDAS, Small Cell, and WiFi. You will drive opportunity development from identification through proposal, engage venue owners and stakeholders, and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely, on-budget delivery.

The role is remote with on-site collaboration and travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• PMP certification preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead all phases of new business opportunity development for wireless network deployments (iDAS, oDAS, Small Cell, WiFi).
• Develop detailed construction scopes and comprehensive project estimates for indoor and outdoor deployments.
• Serve as primary interface with venue owners and customer stakeholders through planning and approval.
• Evaluate site conditions, deployment risks, and ensure alignment with technical and financial objectives.
• Partner with RF Engineering to translate designs into construction and deployment plans.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration among Engineering, Construction, Operations, Real Estate and Finance.
• Develop project schedules, budgets, assumptions, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Provide full lifecycle project execution from kickoff to closeout for assigned deployments.
• Manage contractors, vendors, and suppliers to ensure safe, high-quality delivery.
• Maintain ownership of project financials including budgeting, forecasting, invoicing, and cost controls.
• Lead stakeholder communications and executive reporting for customers and internal teams.
• Ensure compliance with company standards, customerRequirements, regulatory considerations and best practices.
• Provide subject matter expertise on deployment costs and implementation strategies.
• Support business development with solutions, project plans, and estimates.

Education

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
