Job summary

Arium Networks is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead wireless network deployment opportunities, from initial opportunities through proposal development and handoff for execution. You will own construction scoping, cost estimation, risk assessment, and stakeholder engagement across RF, Real Estate, Construction, and Operations teams.

You will coordinate with venue owners, contractors, and engineering teams to ensure on‑time, on‑budget delivery while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required.
• PMP certification preferred or equivalent project management credential.
• Strong organizational and communication skills with ability to handle multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead all phases of new business opportunities for wireless network deployments (iDAS, oDAS, Small Cell, WiFi).
• Develop detailed construction scopes of work and project estimates for indoor/outdoor deployments.
• Interface with venue owners, facility management, and customer stakeholders through planning and approvals.
• Manage project execution, budgets, schedules, risk, and vendor performance across multiple teams.
