Job summary

Arium Networks is seeking an experienced RF Engineering lead for the East Region. You will guide the team from proposal through delivery, designing both indoor and outdoor cellular systems to meet coverage goals.

You will collaborate with customers, interpret RF requirements, and drive cost-effective, scalable solutions. Ideal candidates have 5+ years in RF engineering, strong knowledge of RAN/DAS, and hands-on use of planning tools like Atoll and iBwave.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five (5) years of RF engineering experience or equivalent.
• Expertise with RAN and DAS OEMs required.
• Expertise with Wireless Technologies (LTE & 5G-NR) required.
• Knowledge of RF propagation fundamentals, antenna theory, and optical transmission.

Responsibilities

• Lead the RF proposal and team to assess network engineering requirements.
• Meet budgeted goals for RF tasks (technical, financial, duration).
• Lead troubleshooting for Operations trouble tickets.
• Design indoor and outdoor systems to meet coverage objectives using planning tools.
• Coordinate network planning, testing, and optimization.
• Mentor and train junior engineers; manage vendors and contractors.
