Southeast Bank is seeking a detail-oriented Banking Operations specialist to accurately review and process domestic and international wire transfers, plus ACH files through our secure online banking system.

Your responsibilities include maintaining wire documentation, managing international wire logs, and coordinating with multiple departments to ensure accurate processing, timely updates, and strong customer service in a banking environment.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be detail-oriented.
• 1-2 years deposit, retail, and/or operations banking experience.

Mansioni

• Verify and process incoming and outgoing wire transfers.
• Process daily ACH originated files through online banking.
• Maintain wire documents by confirming they are legitimate, complete, approved, documented, and scanned.
• Maintain international wire log for international wire transfers for both incoming and outgoing wires.
• Review for accuracy; address discrepancies; document appropriately; notify management as needed.
