Job summary

Noblesoft Technologies Inc. seeks a Windows/VMware Technical Lead to manage Windows Server environments and VMware vSphere stack on-site in Orlando. You will own patching, vulnerability management, and upgrade lifecycle, while driving automation and infrastructure as code initiatives.

Qualifications

Lead administration of Windows Server environments (2012/2016/2019/2022).
Manage VMware vSphere, ESXi, vCenter with cluster management, HA, DRS, storage optimization.
Own enterprise patching lifecycle for Windows OS and VMware stack; monthly patch cycles and rollback plans.
Drive vulnerability management and security hardening; OS upgrades and VMware upgrades.
Automation initiatives to reduce manual effort and improve consistency.
Monitor performance; perform RCA for major incidents; adhere to SLAs and MTTR targets.
Maintain accurate documentation; ensure ITIL-aligned governance and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

Lead administration and support of Windows Server environments.
Manage VMware vSphere, ESXi, and vCenter; handle cluster management and provisioning.
Own patching lifecycle for Windows and VMware; coordinate monthly and emergency patches.
Perform vulnerability management and security hardening.
Oversee OS and VMware upgrades; lifecycle management.
Lead migration and transformation projects as required.
Drive automation and infrastructure as code initiatives.
Monitor performance, perform RCA, and support on-call escalations.
Document processes and ensure ITIL-compliant governance.
