Job summary

Noblesoft Technologies Inc. seeks a Windows/VMware Technical Lead to manage Windows Server environments and VMware vSphere stack on-site in Orlando. You will own patching, vulnerability management, and upgrade lifecycle, while driving automation and infrastructure as code initiatives.

The role requires strong incident management, documentation, and ITIL-aligned governance. The candidate will engage with stakeholders, lead L3 support activities, and ensure uptime and performance targets are met

Qualifications

• Lead administration of Windows Server environments (2012/2016/2019/2022).
• Manage VMware vSphere, ESXi, vCenter with cluster management, HA, DRS, storage optimization.
• Own enterprise patching lifecycle for Windows OS and VMware stack; monthly patch cycles and rollback plans.
• Drive vulnerability management and security hardening; OS upgrades and VMware upgrades.
• Automation initiatives to reduce manual effort and improve consistency.
• Monitor performance; perform RCA for major incidents; adhere to SLAs and MTTR targets.
• Maintain accurate documentation; ensure ITIL-aligned governance and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead administration and support of Windows Server environments.
• Manage VMware vSphere, ESXi, and vCenter; handle cluster management and provisioning.
• Own patching lifecycle for Windows and VMware; coordinate monthly and emergency patches.

Job Description :

Windows Server Infrastructure Management

• Lead administration and support of Windows Server environments (2012/2016/2019/2022)
• Ensure high availability and performance tuning of Windows environments

2. VMware Virtualization Administration

• Manage and support VMware vSphere, ESXi, vCenter
• Perform cluster management, HA, DRS, and storage optimization
• Lead VM provisioning, decommissioning, and lifecycle management
• Troubleshoot performance issues at hypervisor, VM, and storage levels

3. Patch Management & Compliance

• Own enterprise patching lifecycle for Windows OS and VMware stack
• Ensure monthly patch cycles, emergency patching, and rollback plans

4. Vulnerability Management & Security Hardening
