Job summary

Leidos in Suitland, MD, is seeking a Windows Systems Administrator III to support mission critical infrastructure. You will administer Windows server environments, maintain enterprise services, and ensure high availability for secure operations.

Travel to CONUS/OCONUS may be required. The role requires a TS/SCI clearance, Security+ certification, and hands-on experience with AD, DNS, DHCP, Exchange, Azure, RD Services, VMware, and Windows Server tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 7+ years of relevant experience or Master's with 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Active TS/SCI clearance (in DISS).
• Active Security+ certification and an active Windows Server certification.

Responsibilities

• Administer and manage advanced Windows Server environments and Microsoft enterprise services.
• Maintain daily system operations by monitoring, troubleshooting, and resolving issues affecting servers, applications, and operating systems.
• Perform performance tuning, hardware upgrades, and resource optimization for reliable server performance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex Windows Server issues.
• Research, document, and recommend new system technologies and improvements.
• Review and implement IAVAs and IAVBs.
