Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field with 8+ years of experience, or a master’s degree with 6+ years.
• Active DoD TS/SCI clearance with the ability to obtain a polygraph.
• IAT Level II DoD 8570 baseline certification (e.g., Security+ CE) or ability to obtain within 30 days.
• 5+ years of Windows System Administration experience.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues within prescribed timelines.
• Track change requests and trouble tickets in ServiceNow or Remedy AR.
• Maintain configuration management and lifecycle documentation for Mission IT assets.
• Evaluate system needs and provide recommendations for software updates and hardware replacements.
• Support desktop system updates, accreditation compliance, and security authorizations.
