Job summary

Leidos is seeking a Windows Systems Administrator III to support mission critical infrastructure in Suitland, MD. The role administers Windows server environments, AD, DNS, DHCP, Exchange, and Azure Cloud to ensure secure, high-availability operations.

Strong troubleshooting, performance tuning, and collaboration with Navy commands are required, with occasional CONUS/OCONUS travel and an active TS/SCI clearance. Pay range is $73,450–$132,775 with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree with 7+ years of relevant experience or Master's with 5+ years.
Active TS/SCI clearance (in DISS).

Responsibilities

Administer and manage advanced Windows Server environments and Microsoft enterprise services.
Maintain daily system operations by monitoring, troubleshooting, and resolving issues affecting servers, applications, and operating systems.
Perform performance tuning, hardware upgrades, and resource optimization to ensure reliable system performance.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex Windows Server issues.
Review and implement IAVA/IAVBs.
Install, configure, secure, maintain, document, troubleshoot, and administer SQL databases to ensure optimal performance.
Support global operations by maintaining secure, resilient Windows infrastructure environments.
Travel may be required to support other U.S. Navy commands CONUS/OCONUS.
