Qualifications

• 3+ years in Windows desktop application development using Windows App SDK, WinUI, C#, and XAML.
• Deep understanding of Windows application architecture.
• Proven experience in designing and shipping production-quality desktop applications.
• Strong experience with accessibility APIs on Windows.
• Excellent software engineering fundamentals including OOP and data structures.
• Experience leading technical design and mentoring engineers.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of native Windows desktop applications.
• Define and enforce best practices for desktop development.
• Drive accessibility efforts and validate support for accessibility APIs.
• Collaborate with product designers and other stakeholders.
• Identify and resolve complex bugs and performance issues.
