Job summary

MTM LLC, a leading agency in construction talent, is seeking a Senior Sales Representative for the contractor segment. You will develop and maintain relationships with contractors, builders, and construction professionals to promote window solutions and drive revenue.

In this role, you will execute strategic sales plans, provide tailored quotations, collaborate across teams, and attend industry events to expand the network. A Bachelor's degree and B2B sales experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
• Proven track record of success in B2B sales within construction or building materials.
• Strong knowledge of window products, building codes, and construction techniques.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel within assigned territory as needed.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets within the contractor segment.
• Identify and prospect potential contractor clients, establishing rapport and understanding their needs.
• Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase window solutions' features and benefits.
• Collaborate with contractors to provide customized solutions tailored to project requirements.
• Provide accurate quotations, proposals, and pricing to contractors.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.
• Attend trade shows and networking events to promote our brand and expand contractor network.
