Qualifications

• Strong track record of coaching, motivating, and developing a high-performance sales team.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Replacement Sales Consultants.
• Conduct regular field ride-alongs to observe and reinforce the structured Replacement Sales Process.
• Champion a customer-first mindset with every homeowner interaction.
