Job summary

Integrated Power Services (IPS) is seeking a skilled Winder to join our Beaumont-area team. You will rewind AC/DC motors, inspect components, and prepare parts for refurbishment.

The role requires manual dexterity, safety awareness, and the ability to read instructions. Ideal candidates have 5+ years in winding electromechanical equipment, can operate measurement tools, and work well in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience rewinding AC and DC electric motors.
• Able to read, write and understand simple to moderately complex written instructions.
• Able to stand, stoop, kneel, and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Demonstrates safety-conscious work practices and follows procedures.

Responsibilities

• Rewind various kinds of electromechanical equipment.
• Dismantle or strip damaged equipment and inspect for issues.
• Test rewound equipment and document results according to standards.
