Integrated Power Services is hiring a Winder to rewind electromechanical equipment and ensure quality workmanship. You will dismantle, inspect, wind coils, and test rewound units, documenting results per standards.

The role emphasizes safety, precise data recording, and ability to read and follow procedures. Onsite position with opportunities for hands-on training, teamwork, and career development within IPS.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience rewinding AC and DC motors.
• Experience in winding fields, armatures, and rotor poles.
• Able to perform basic math including fractions.
• Able to read, write, and comprehend instructions.
• Familiar with job-related training, operational, and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Rewind various kinds of electromechanical equipment.
• Dismantle and strip damaged or unserviceable electromechanical equipment, including media blasting.
• Inspect equipment for winding damage and faults.
• Document/record data on unit's electromagnetic characteristics and conditions.
• Prepare reusable parts for rewinding and inspect for damage.
• Strip stator or apparatus without damaging core.
• Test rewound equipment per EASA standards and document results.
