Integrated Power Services (IPS) is seeking a skilled Winder to rewind electromechanical equipment, inspect winding conditions, and test rewound components. You will dismantle, strip, and prepare parts, ensuring safe handling and documentation of results.

The role requires 5+ years of experience with AC/DC motors, plus proficiency in precise measurement, data recording, and safety procedures. IPS emphasizes teamwork, safety, and continuous training in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience rewinding AC and DC electric motors.
• Ability to operate machinery and hoists.
• Basic math functions and measurement.
• Ability to read/write and understand instructions.

Responsibilities

• Rewind various kinds of electromechanical equipment.
• Dismantle and strip damaged equipment and inspect for issues.
• Inspect for winding damage and electrical malfunctions.
• Document data on unit electromagnetic characteristics and conditions.
• Prepare reusable parts for rewinding and inspect for damage.
• Test rewound equipment according to standards and record results.
